This is the same mound that I posted a shot of a couple of weeks ago. As I mentioned then, I pass it every day on the way to work. On this occasion I intitially dismissed shooting it again because I already had shot it. But suddenly I changed my mind. Why? Simple really, almost everything had changed. Fresh snow had erased all details in the field, there was now snow on the trees and bushes and the sky had wonderful tones with a darkish band running through the central area. Well worth photographing, I think.
